We are building out our field plans for future PYO, wholesale and retail sales (starting 2027). For now, get on our mailing list to get notified of our updates and when we are open to the public!
Based in Fairlee, VT & Contributing to Upper Valley Fruit, Flower and Herb Production
Berries
We have planted over 400 raspberry plants and 50 honeyberries. We will also be exploring other fruits as we build out our field.
Flowers
In between our raspberries we are establishing low-till beds to grow perennial flowers and some other field grown annuals.
Herbs
We plan to establish culinary and medicinal herbs as well in between our fruit and flower production areas.
Currently we are building the soil with cover crops, compost and other organic amendments.
We are working towards organic certification
Through careful stewardship and a little bit of luck we are transitioning a 3 acre hay field into diverse and abundant production for years to come.

We are two crazy kids, aka Old Millennials in denial, spending our hard earned vacation money growing raspberries! (Great idea?!?)
One odd looking raspberry plant we planted.
We hope to have a place open to the public but that will start NEXT year.
Why Raspberries?
- We love them
- They grow well in our climate
- They grow well on our farm
- CA fruit production is threatened
- Not as many people in the area are growing them (and lots of people are already growing strawberries)
- They are perennial (they stick around for about 10 years in commercial production)
- You can pick them standing up!
- We hope to innovate (aka not fail miserably) at inter-cropping them with flowers and herbs as they can provide a little bit of shade and wind protection for other plants
- We will also be experimenting with other fruit, but raspberries will be our ‘bread and butter’
We have a genuine mission to do good, and doing this is our very small part of accomplishing that – while also having some fun and enjoying some delicious and beautiful bounty!
